Made-to-Order Policy

All QWRKhouse pieces are made to order specifically for you. Because each item is custom-produced, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or order errors. Please review your colour selection and order details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the damage so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.

We will work with you to arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

90-Day Warranty

QWRKhouse pieces are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of delivery, under conditions of reasonable use.

This warranty covers structural integrity and manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, outdoor use, or modification of the piece.
